A Public Involvement Plan has been developed to outline a strategy for engaging stakeholders and the public in the Project. The plan will use a virtual and in-person process to provide information and obtain input. The key plan elements include this project-specific website to provide information and receive public input, two stakeholder meetings involving local businesses and interest groups, and three public involvement meetings to engage the community at large (Download PIP).
